Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during weekend shifts with real-time performance monitoring
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with data-driven solutions
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed reporting
- Train weekend staff on new equipment/procedures
- Manage inventory discrepancies and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
- Available Saturdays 6AM-2PM and Sundays 6AM-2PM
- Experience with cross-functional teams
