Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring productivity targets are met
- Manage team of 8-10 warehouse staff, providing real-time coaching
- Coordinate inventory management and quality control protocols
- Implement safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with decisive problem-solving
- Communicate shift handovers with day/night managers
- Process payroll documentation and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
