Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including inventory management and team coordination
- Train and mentor 10-15 weekend staff on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of tasks
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
- Monitor KPIs and report weekly metrics to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid driver's license required
