Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 10-15 staff during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity
- Resolve urgent logistical issues and escalate critical problems
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide team coaching
- Optimize weekend workflows for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends with occasional overtime
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
