Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ER/ICU units during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment
- Mentor new staff and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active NC RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years ER/ICU exp)
- BLS/ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong weekend shift availability
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
