Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Accurately document patient records and maintain electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies with calm professionalism
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and sample collection
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in California
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
