Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vitals, injections, and wound care
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and patient records
- Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols
- Coordinate patient flow and minimize wait times
- Stock exam rooms and manage medical supplies
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year urgent care or ER experience
- Current BLS certification
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm)
