Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Michigan CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency
