Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Support patient mobility and rehabilitation exercises
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification a plus)
- Ability to work weekends (6 AM - 6 PM shifts available)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
