Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Administer prescribed medications per physician protocols
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidential patient records
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during weekend hours
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
