Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety protocols
- Support families with clear communication and empathy
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (6am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
