Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations and inventory management
- Supervise team of 5-8 associates during peak shift hours
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping documentation
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Track inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Communicate with overnight shift teams for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues proactively during weekend hours
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency (WMS systems a plus)
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Valid driver's license (required for facility transport)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
