Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge processes
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in EMR systems
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Support patient families with empathy and clear communication
- Adhere to all HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- CNA, LPN, or RN license in North Carolina
- 1+ years healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Weekend availability mandatory
