Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and documentation during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient preparation
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Facilitate smooth communication between patients, families, and clinical teams
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory control
- Respond to urgent patient needs with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year medical office or clinical experience required
- Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Arizona CMA or MA certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
