- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services as needed
- Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Support weekend patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Current California CMA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm)
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish bilingual highly desirable
