Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vitals assessment
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and exams
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Administer injections and medications per protocols
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Handle patient scheduling and phone triage
- Coordinate lab specimen processing
Qualifications
- Active MA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently
- Weekend availability mandatory
- Omaha area residency preferred
