Responsibilities
- Provide critical patient assessment and intervention in emergency settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years ER experience (preferred)
- BSN degree or higher (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stress situations
- EMR proficiency (Epic system knowledge a plus)
