Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance including mobility support and vital sign monitoring
- Assist with patient documentation and electronic health record maintenance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and hospital compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare support experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Arizona CNA or EMT certification highly desirable
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
