Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with patient mobility, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure seamless care delivery
- Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for procedures
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license (for transport duties)
