Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and basic lab procedures
- Assist providers with examinations and treatments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely care delivery
- Respond to urgent medical situations per protocols
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists
Qualifications
- Current NC nursing license (RN) or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience required
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain)
- Strong weekend availability (no conflicts)
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
