Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate new technologies and methodologies.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a background check and pass security clearance.
