- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Rapid Deployment: Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the delivery of features.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix critical bugs and technical issues with urgency and precision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, or Node.js is required.
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
