Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews

- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping production services on AWS/GCP
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and encryption standards
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, SQS)
