Responsibilities
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python
- Lead frontend development with React/TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL + Redis) for high-traffic systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3)
- Collaborate with product team to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Node.js
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and TDD practices
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex full-stack projects
- Experience with healthcare data compliance (HIPAA) is a major plus
