Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure best practices for maintainability and scalability.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, including memory and database efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Experience with Node.js or Python for back-end development.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
