Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires on-site presence at our downtown Minneapolis headquarters starting within 5 business days. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates outside the Twin Cities area.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Lead Kubernetes cluster optimization and security hardening
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Automate infrastructure-as-code for rapid deployment cycles
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize containerized applications
- Document infrastructure blueprints and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience
- Expert-level proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS)
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes administration and networking
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
- CI/CD pipeline implementation in enterprise environments
- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Ability to start within 5 business days of offer
