Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Automate CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles and improve release quality
- Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Datadog and Grafana
- Implement security best practices including IAM policies and network security groups
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application architecture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud platforms
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Certification in AWS/GCP or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and observability tools
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
