Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency and critical care units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care
- Participate in rapid response and trauma activations
- Maintain strict adherence to JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience (ER/ICU preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience highly valued)
