Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in our high-volume emergency department
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform diagnostic procedures with precision
- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations and critical care scenarios
- Mentor new nursing staff and uphold departmental quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for patient safety
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
