Responsibilities
- Deliver rapid assessment and life-saving interventions in high-acuity emergency cases
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams during trauma activations and critical incidents
- Maintain precise electronic health records while maintaining patient safety protocols
- Educate patients and families on discharge plans and preventive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain emergency equipment and supply inventory readiness
- Collaborate with physicians during rapid response situations
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (or compact state license with immediate AZ application)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ED or critical care experience
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and emergency documentation systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Valid AZ driver's license for transport duties
