Responsibilities
- Delage advanced life support in Level I Trauma Center
- Manage complex patient cases with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation in real-time
- Mentor new nurses during high-acuity situations
- Participate in rapid response activations
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active NV RN license (compact state preferred)
- 2+ years ER/ED experience required
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
- BSN degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-stress environments
- Strong triage and critical decision-making skills
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
