Responsibilities
- Provide rapid assessment and intervention for critical patients in Level I Trauma Center
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during complex medical emergencies
- Maintain precise documentation in Epic EMR system
- Precept new staff and participate in departmental quality initiatives
- Respond to mass casualty incidents with composure and expertise
Qualifications
- Current AZ RN license (compact license accepted)
- ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum 2 years ED experience
- BSN degree preferred
- Proven ability to handle high-volume trauma cases
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
