Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in high-acuity settings including ER and ICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs with precision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
- Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER/ICU preferred)
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience strongly preferred)
