Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs using advanced monitoring systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Participate in emergency response codes and rapid response teams
- Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience (new graduates with ICU externships considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
