Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ER/ICU units
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with composure
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- 2+ years acute care experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
