Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ production team members during day/night shifts
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance
- Monitor production metrics and address bottlenecks immediately
- Train new hires on equipment operation and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment servicing
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing supervision experience
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong knowledge of automotive assembly processes
- Ability to operate forklifts and basic machinery
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
