Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with a warm NOLA welcome
- Master our craft cocktail and Creole cuisine menus
- Process orders accurately through POS systems
- Manage 4-6 tables during peak service hours
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile receipts
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff
- Maintain immaculate station cleanliness
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant experience required
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong multitasking in high-volume settings
- Knowledge of Louisiana beverage laws
- Fluent English; Spanish/French a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends
