Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and minor procedures
- Perform vital sign checks and patient history documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Coordinate lab specimen collection and processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CMA/RMA certification preferred
- Basic EHR system proficiency (Epic/NextGen experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and bedside manner
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical settings
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail in documentation and inventory management
- Flexible schedule availability (including some weekday mornings)
