Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso-based drinks and pour-over coffee
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Handle POS transactions and cash management
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of station and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Train new baristas on beverage standards
- Collaborate with team during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista experience required
- Excellent multitasking abilities under pressure
- Food Handler's Permit (or obtain within 30 days)
- Availability for weekends and evening shifts
