Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to 50+ customers daily while maintaining order accuracy
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and signature recipes
- Process POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Support inventory management and ensure product freshness
- Collaborate with team members during peak rush hours
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all stations
- Actively promote loyalty programs and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or food service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and evenings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order modifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing techniques preferred
