Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates with performance coaching
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for seamless 24/7 operations
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational issues
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle count schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead teams during overnight shifts
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
