Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package high-volume shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for real-time problem resolution
- Uphold 5S cleanliness protocols in a 24/7 climate-controlled facility
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed)
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
