- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional department handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
