Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly inventory management and order fulfillment operations
- Lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with clear direction
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and barcode technology
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (PIT required)
- High school diploma; bachelor's preferred
