Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for damage and quality assurance
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and deliveries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-2PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
