Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift staff to ensure optimal productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and inventory management systems
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Conduct daily safety audits and compliance monitoring
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- Associates degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety protocols
