Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight hours
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Monitor and optimize warehouse efficiency metrics (e.g., pick rates, error rates)
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare daily shift reports and operational analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory tracking
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
