Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team including task delegation and performance coaching
- Optimize inventory management systems and order fulfillment workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols in high-volume environment
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and quality control teams
- Implement process improvements using WMS software (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain 99.5% order accuracy
- Generate real-time performance reports for daily leadership briefings
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- OSHA certification and forklift operation credentials
- Excellent communication skills for shift handoffs and team leadership
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
