Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems to meet nightly productivity targets
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and ensure OSHA standards are maintained
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and logistics issues during overnight hours
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule including weekends
