Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members and daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory workflows using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain productivity KPIs
- Train new hires on SOPs and equipment operation
- Generate shift reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass test)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts as needed
- Basic Spanish language skills (highly preferred)
